What counts as a "conversation"?
A conversation is one continuous chat session with a single user. It starts when a user sends their first message and ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. One session = one conversation, regardless of how many messages are exchanged.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, plan changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle you pay the prorated difference; if you downgrade, the credit rolls to your next billing date.
Is there a setup fee?
None. You can be live in under 5 minutes on the Starter plan with zero upfront cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and bank transfer (annual plans only). All processed securely via Stripe.
Do you offer annual billing?
